What you need to know as a distributor
To become an authorized distributor of the PURE-D, you must be active in the sanitary sector. You should have the ability to display the PURE-D in a showroom and/or present it on the go to potential customers.
After submitting your application via the form below, we will internally review whether a collaboration is possible. We will then contact you by phone to discuss the next steps, if applicable.
You can expect all necessary marketing materials from us to actively offer the PURE-D to your customers. This includes brochures, banners, displays, etc., both physically and digitally. For each dealer, we assess which marketing material is most suitable. Once you become a distributor, a training session will follow in which we explain the USP's and sales strategy in more detail.
Standard payment terms of 30 days apply to distributors. At this time, longer payment terms are not allowed because it is important for us as a start-up to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Each dealer receives their own login, giving them access to the platform on our website. In this platform, tickets can be created for technical support and warranty claims. These tickets are closely monitored, and we strive to respond and/or provide a solution to each ticket within 48 hours.
This is possible! Of course, this depends on the conditions and the volume of purchases that are agreed upon.
We strive to maintain a minimal stock available at all times. Typically, we can deliver the PURE-D within a few days. For larger orders, an achievable delivery time will be set.
For small quantities, we ship via courier service or, if nearby, deliver personally. For larger volumes, shipping by pallet (>40 units) is also available.
