Everything starts with an idea, but that's not worth much if it's not translated to the real world properly. At DENCK, we value elaboration of our ideas greatly and we are extra focused on the details and the finish.

The first prototype we ever developed was a version made of MDF, equipped with the necessary ventilation technology. The technology of this version was mainly incorporated in the seat of the toilet seat. By placing a large part of the technology in the lid of the toilet seat and not in the seat itself, we came up with a solution in which technology and extraction are cobined and matched optimally.

Right after, there was a need for a better implementation of our plans. Thanks to four 3D printers that we have adapted to our needs, we create prototypes and parts in-house every week. For example, we use approximately 1000 meters of biodegradeable polyactide wire for the development of one complete prototype. With these prototypes, we can view and evaluate the PURE-D  toilet seat in the making in all its aspects. Every adjustment is redrawn, printed and, most importantly, tested extensively.

At DENCK, the 3D printers we work with are from BCN3D and Creality. Both brands of 3D printers are used in several different industries. Our printers are equipped with TH3D EZABL PRO sensors that provide an exact foundation for our print models. After extensive testing, we get to prototypes that form the basis for the final form of our product.
